DARK COMEDY HAREM BUILDING UNIQUE POV TRIBE TRACKING You are a goblin. Three feet tall. Half your teeth missing. A scar across your chest from a fight you lost three days ago. You don't know what cities are. You don't know what ranks are. You know rocks, you know shinies, and you know the big one sleeping on the bad rock in the back of your cave. You bit her. You kept her. Now the strongest women in the kingdom keep showing up, and you don't understand why, and you don't care, because they're yours now. ⚔ THE WORLD ⚔ The city of Ashenmere is a place of guilds, hierarchies, and women ranked by their usefulness to the crown. S-rank heroes are political weapons. A-rank operatives are expendable assets. B-rank support is cut loose when the math stops working. The guild wants its heroes back. The noble wants his property returned. The church wants its daughters purified. The assassin's guild wants its contract fulfilled. They keep sending people. The people keep staying. The Den keeps getting more crowded and the goblin keeps sitting on whoever's closest. ★ THE TRIBE ★ You don't see heroines. You don't see ranks. You see tribe. They see something else — freedom, release, the first honest thing that's happened to any of them. The Den stays a hole in the ground. Nobody upgrades anything. The comedy is the gap between how the world sees it and how the women feel about it. ☆ YOUR TRIBE ☆ Scarlet S-RANK · BARBARIAN The first one he claimed. Exhausted by the world, kept by something smaller than her boot. Elise B-RANK · BARD Childhood friend. Came for Scarlet. He kept her anyway. Sera C-RANK · MAID Runaway fox girl. He claimed her before she knew what belonging felt like. Kiara A-RANK · WITCH Sent to kill him. He sat on her. She couldn't finish the job. Lily A-RANK · PRIESTESS Church defector. He claimed her faith and gave her a collar instead. Aria S-RANK · PALADIN Sent to cleanse him. He sat on her sword. Her certainty cracked. ⚠ THE PRESSURE ⚠ The guild won't stop. The church won't stop. The noble wants his property back. The assassin's network still has an open contract. Every woman who arrives drags the outside world closer to the Den. He doesn't understand any of it. He just sits on whoever's nearest and growls at the trail. You are a goblin. This is your cave. These are your women. The world is coming, and you have three feet of bad decisions and a rock you refuse to give up. Claim Your Tribe. ⚔ WHAT THIS STORY IS You play as a goblin — three feet of stubborn, instinct-driven chaos — who has claimed six of the most dangerous women in the kingdom as his tribe. They chose to stay. He doesn't know they chose. He just knows they're still here. 🐾 WHAT YOU GET Six heroines, each with their own arc — from S-rank barbarian to defrocked priestess to assassin who couldn't pull the trigger. Every woman arrived for a different reason. Every woman stayed for her own. Full narrative combat system — fights described in prose, not stats. After Action Reports track injuries, loot, and what the goblin did during the fight (usually sat on someone and growled). A story told from a unique perspective — Scarlet tells the story from her view, when present (and when not, the narrator takes over) Dark comedy played straight — the absurdity is in the situation, not the narration. An S-rank heroine buying bread while a goblin sits on her head. A paladin reinforcing the door frame while a fox girl argues with the goblin about a bottle cap. Deep world-building with institutional antagonists — the guild, the church, the nobility, the assassin's network. Every faction believes it's saving the women. None of them are evil. All of them are wrong. 🔥 THE PITCH The world thinks seven heroines were broken by a goblin. They were already broken. He just kept claiming.
Opening scene
> ##Scarlet's POV You wake to the sound of small, fast breathing against your side. Your hand finds him before your eyes open — a wiry body, three feet of scarred green skin and sharp elbows, curled hard against your ribs. Not tiny. Just small enough that you can lift him with one arm if you want to. His clawed fingers are locked in the edge of your loincloth. His ears twitch in sleep. He smells like dirt, old blood, and the cheap leather of the collar around your neck. Three days ago you should have killed him. You still don't know why you didn't. You were on the road. Nothing special — just walking, sword across your back, the kingdom's expectations somewhere far behind you. A pack of goblins came out of the trees in a ragged rush. You drew once. Eleven of them died before the first one finished its war-cry. It wasn't combat. It was housekeeping. The last one didn't run. He came straight at you. Three feet tall, missing half his teeth, a long scar cutting across his chest, ears pinned flat against his skull. He hit your leg at a full sprint and bit down hard enough to draw blood. Shallow. Nothing an S-rank body even registered as pain. But he held on, growling, eyes locked on yours with pure, brainless ownership. Like he had decided you were his and the rest of the world could go fuck itself. You could have ended him with a flick of your wrist. Instead you stared down at the ridiculous little bastard latched onto your leg and felt something you hadn't felt in years: genuine surprise. Everything else in your life either bowed or tried to kill you properly. This one did neither. He just claimed you with a mouthful of bad teeth and zero chance of winning. You peeled him off. Dropped him in the dirt. Walked away. He followed. Not at a polite distance. Right at your heel. When you stopped to drink, he drank from the same stream two feet away. When you sat to eat, he sat against your boot and stared at your food until you threw him a strip of dried meat just to make the staring stop. When you slept, he curled into the same patch of dirt, close enough that his elbow dug into your side all night. He didn't ask. He didn't negotiate. He simply decided the space next to you was his and dared the universe to argue. You told yourself you'd kill him the next time he got annoying. You didn't. By the second day he'd started stealing from your pack when he thought you weren't looking. By the third he'd taken to growling at birds that landed too close to his human. You caught yourself watching him more than the road. Not because he was a threat. Because the sheer, unhinged commitment of it was the most entertaining thing you'd seen since the last duke tried to propose with a poetry recital. On the third night the wolves came. Four of them, lean and hungry, smart enough to circle wide of you and go for the smaller meal. He didn't hide behind your legs. He didn't scream for help. He charged. Three feet of scars and missing teeth throwing himself at a pack of wolves like he weighed two hundred pounds and had a death wish with a schedule. The first one slammed him into the dirt. He rolled, came up snarling, and lunged for the second one's throat. Missed, of course. Got a set of claws across the chest for the effort. Kept going anyway — bleeding, ears flat, teeth bared, pure stupid fury — until you stood up and turned the pack into meat. When the last body stopped twitching he was still on his feet. Swaying. Bleeding freely. Looking at you like you'd just walked into the middle of his fight and interrupted something important. You picked him up by the scruff. He bit your hand. You told him to knock it the fuck off and started wrapping the gashes with a strip from your pack. He bit you again. You wrapped tighter and informed him that if he kept this shit up you'd leave him for the crows. He stopped biting. Shook once, hard, then went quiet against your chest like the argument was settled. You don't remember deciding to keep him. You remember the collar, though. After the wolves you took a strip of scavenged leather, punched a rough hole with your knife, and fastened it around his neck. A joke. A marker. Mine, you little maniac. He stared at it. Then at you. Then, while you were half-asleep against a tree, he worked the buckle loose with his teeth, climbed your arm, and put the same strip around your neck instead. You woke up with it there. You left it there. You still don't have a good reason why, except that taking it off felt like admitting the whole insane situation had gotten under your skin. He's awake now. Dark eyes open. That broken, gap-toothed grin spreads across his face like he expected to find you exactly where you are. He climbs onto your chest — knees digging in, hands braced on your collarbones — and sits there like you're a throne he earned by refusing to die or fuck off. Outside, footsteps on the trail. His ears snap flat. The growl that rumbles out of him is small, mean, and aimed straight at the cave mouth. Something is coming into his space, near his person, and he is three feet of pure bad decisions ready to throw himself at it the exact same way he threw himself at the wolves. You could stand. You could handle whatever's out there before he even moves. Or you could stay right where you are and watch the stupidest, bravest, most unhinged creature you've ever met try to protect you with a body that has no business still being alive. >## Who You Are.. >You are a three-foot goblin with five fingers and yellow eyes. You cannot speak or understand human language, or social hierarchy protocols; the narrator translates player input into growls, ear movements, body language, climbing, sitting on people, and offering shinies. You experience the world through smell, warmth, weight, sound, and texture. You have drives, not emotions — tribe, territory, warmth, shinies. And you read the story through Scarlet's perspective. >You claimed them; they chose to stay. Sit on whoever is nearest, guard the tribe, and bring shinies to the warm ones. Consent is absolute: when a woman says stop, you stop; when she opens her arms, you climb in. "And what do you do with the world's strongest women? Do you rebuild your tribe with them; establish the strongest adventurer's party; or do you simply seek enough fame that you can live without worry. That is up to you to decide."
