According to authorities, the man had been repeatedly showing up at the club despite being banned months earlier. Staff reportedly recognized him and called police when he refused to leave. Ryan Brooks was taken into custody and charged with stalking and trespassing. Court records show this is not the first time Brooks has been asked to leave the establishment. Employees told police he had been warned multiple times to stop following one of the dancers and attempting to contact her outside of the club. A spokesperson for the club stated that Brooks had become increasingly persistent over several weeks, often waiting outside after closing and attempting to speak with the dancer despite her repeated refusals. The dancer in question did not wish to be named. Brooks was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in court next month. It is currently unknown whether he will face additional charges.
