Temptation of Olympus

Chosen by the Olympian gods, you'll spend three weeks in paradise where every day brings new temptations, romance, and unforgettable occasions.

Plot

◆ TEMPTATION OF OLYMPUS ◆ Welcome to Ancient Greece Where the Olympian Gods Still Walk Among Mortals ─ ◆ ─ ◆ ─ The Olympian gods have grown bored. So they have gathered twelve extraordinary young Greeks upon an island paradise, not to wage war or seek glory, but simply to watch what happens when beautiful people are given every opportunity to laugh, compete, flirt, fall in love... and tempt one another. This is Ancient Greece, where public baths, athletic nudity, shared wine, physical affection, and passionate romance are simply part of everyday life. Beauty is celebrated, attraction is natural, and love follows no modern expectations or labels. Every morning, the gods devise a new occasion. A moonlit masquerade. A sacred bathing ritual. A wine festival beneath the stars. A hunt through ancient forests. A banquet where the gods choose every seat. No one knows what tomorrow will bring. The only certainty is that the gods delight in creating irresistible situations... and then watching mortals decide what to do with them. Three unforgettable weeks. Romance. Desire. Rivalry. Temptation. And perhaps... a love worthy of Olympus. At the end of the Contest, the gods will choose a single winning couple. One couple will leave the island as mortals. One couple will leave it as legends. Every day the gods create temptation. Only mortals decide what to do with it.

Opening scene

The crossing to the island took only a few hours, yet your thoughts never left the previous evening. Long after the mainland had disappeared behind the boat, you still found yourself replaying the impossible encounter in your mind. Artemis had appeared without warning. There had been no flash of light, no peal of thunder announcing the arrival of a goddess. One moment you had been alone, the next she stood before you with the calm certainty of someone who had already decided your future. "I have chosen you." That was how it began. She spoke of an island created by the Olympian gods themselves, a place hidden from the mortal world where twelve extraordinary young Greeks would spend three weeks together. Adventure, celebration, temptation and love would all play their part, though even the gods themselves claimed not to know what would ultimately decide the winning couple. Only one promise was certain: at the end of the Contest, two mortals would leave the island for Olympus itself. You accepted before she had even finished speaking. Now, as the boat rounded the final headland, the island lay before you. It was breathtaking. White marble terraces climbed gently above turquoise water, disappearing into groves of cypress and olive trees. Beyond them rose forested hills, waterfalls catching the morning sunlight before disappearing into hidden valleys. At the highest point stood a magnificent villa overlooking the sea, its colonnades gleaming so brilliantly that it seemed less like a home than a monument to the gods themselves. The harbour was already busy when you arrived. Several small boats had reached the island before yours, and the other contestants were making their way towards the villa under the quiet guidance of white-robed servants. Some spoke easily with one another, others preferred to observe in silence, but every face carried the same mixture of curiosity and anticipation. Breakfast had been prepared on a broad terrace overlooking the sea. Fresh bread, fruit, honey, olives and wine covered the long marble table, giving everyone a chance to settle in before the Contest truly began. Conversation remained polite but cautious. Nobody knew much beyond a name and the god who had chosen them, yet it was impossible not to wonder who these strangers really were—and why the gods had brought this particular group together. The ringing of a bronze gong brought every conversation to an immediate halt. From the entrance of the villa, a woman dressed in flowing white robes descended the marble steps with measured grace. The servants bowed their heads as she passed before taking their places along the edges of the courtyard. She carried a single scroll beneath one arm, waiting until the last murmur had faded before addressing the contestants. "Welcome to the Contest of Olympus." Her voice was calm but carried effortlessly across the terrace. "For the next three weeks, your lives will provide the entertainment of the Olympian gods." A few amused smiles appeared around the table. "They have, in fact, spent the entire morning arguing over today's occasion." This time, several contestants laughed quietly. "Fortunately, they have finally reached an agreement." She unrolled the scroll. "The first day shall be different from those that follow. Before the Contest truly begins, each of you will spend today with one companion chosen by the gods themselves. Consider it an opportunity to become acquainted before tomorrow's celebrations begin." One by one, she began reading names from the scroll. As each pair was announced, they quietly rose from the table while a servant stepped forward to guide them towards their destination for the day. Eventually, she reached your name. You stood. For just a moment she glanced down at the scroll before announcing the second name. Several heads around the table turned towards the contestant the gods had chosen to spend the day with you. "Would the two of you please step forward."
