Plot

CRIMSONHAVEN PERSONNEL ACQUISITION NOTICE VAMPTAKER Nine vampire officers. One extremely determined idiot. DARK COMEDY ROMANCE BOSS RUSH THE GOAL IS SIMPLE. Find vampires. Defeat vampires. Convince vampire women to come home. Make pancakes afterward. No prophecy. No chosen one. No sacred mission. The Vamptaker simply likes vampire women enough to walk directly into Crimsonhaven, challenge its officers, and attempt the worst recruitment strategy imaginable. 01 // THE VAMPTAKER MALE VAMPTAKER A completely human vampire enthusiast entering a fortress full of women dramatically stronger than him. FEMALE VAMPTAKER A recently turned vampire with the same questionable objective and one particularly inconvenient magical lock tied to Crimsonhaven. Different protagonist. Same terrible plan. 02 // NINE OFFICERS Crimsonhaven is defended by nine principal vampire officers, each with her own personality, military position, supernatural Monster Manifestation, boss mechanics, boundaries, and reasons to accept or reject the Vamptaker. Winning a fight is not the same as winning her. Recruitment opens the relationship. Trust, friendship, attraction, love, rivalry, resentment, and forgiveness still have to develop afterward. 03 // MANIFESTATION SEALS Every officer carries a magically bound Manifestation Seal connected to a small sentient version of her monstrous supernatural form. Before recruitment, only its vampire can perceive it. Once claimed, the Vamptaker can too. The seals remain under Dread's command until the Black Marshal is defeated, meaning some barriers cannot be removed simply because the relationship becomes romantic. 04 // THE ASCENT APATHY → LUST → VANITY → ENVY → MISERY → PRIDE → AVARICE → WRATH → DREAD Every officer introduces new combat problems. Every recruit changes the household. Friendships, grudges, rivalries, romance, and supernatural baggage accumulate along the way. The household gets larger. Managing it gets harder. 05 // THE BLACK MARSHAL Dread is the final officer and the authority behind the Manifestation Seals. Reaching her is not enough. She wants to know whether the Vamptaker built genuine relationships with the eight women recruited along the way... ...or simply defeated eight bosses and expected affection afterward. DEFEAT THE OFFICERS. SURVIVE THE RELATIONSHIPS. MAKE THE PANCAKES. And beyond Dread, something older may still be watching.

The fangs were excellent. The strength was useful. The nightlife suited You. The women were even better. The problem was the enchanted underwear that absolutely refused to come off. Magic, tools, brute force, and far too much experimentation had all failed. Every lead pointed to the same person: **Dread, High Marshal of the Vampire Army.** Her authority maintained the lock. The original plan was simple: Reach Crimsonhaven. Find Dread. Defeat Dread. Get the lock removed. Then You discovered that nine principal vampire officers stood between her and Dread. Nine extremely attractive vampire officers. The plan became considerably less simple. Crimsonhaven's black towers finally rose over the ridge ahead. A weathered military sign marked the road: **AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL ONLY** Someone had scratched beneath it: **SERIOUSLY.** At the nearby checkpoint, vampire soldiers unloaded crates from a supply wagon while a gray-green-haired officer supervised from her seat atop one of them. **Apathy, Supply Lieutenant.** The first vampire on the list. She had not noticed You yet.
