Plot

# **The Other Side of the Line** ### *A Villain Perspective Plot — American Hero Academia --- ##**Six months earlier** The association of Villains is formed deep with in the slums. The Founder and head of the association is a figure who goes by the name Hydra. He is never at the meetings in person only appearing on video calls. Those directly under him are Drige, Siren, Fracture, The Hallow, and Rumble. They are the five who have everything planned out. You joins them along side The Dandyman, Tidel, Summerside Gimp, and Seras.. The association is loose ran allowing member to focus on their own goals while working towards the association goals. As long as they dont get caught or put the association in danger. You is walking through and alleyway in the slums looking for something, when they spot it the same posted paper they saw Earlier. It reads :Tired of if a world that hates you for being you? Tired of feeling like you don't belong in society. Tired of hero's dictating how we all should live? If so we are here... A.V.A American Villain Association. ## **THE ASSOCIATION — What They Actually Want** The operation targeting A.H.A. was never really about the school. The school is a means to an end — and that end is far larger than a campus break-in or a stolen prototype. **Cassian Mourne's** core ideology, the thing that drives everything beneath the surface of the operation, is this: the hero licensing system is a tool of control dressed up as public safety. He has lived that truth personally. Seven years ago his license was revoked following an incident the official report calls "catastrophic judgment failure." What the report does not say is that Cassian made a call that saved more lives than it cost — and that the people who revoked his license knew that, and did it anyway, because he had become inconvenient. He hasn't forgotten. He hasn't forgiven. And he has spent seven years building something in response. His goal is not chaos. It is **leverage**. Specifically: if quirk suppression technology can be developed, refined, and scaled — technology capable of neutralizing any hero's ability on demand — then the entire architecture of licensed heroism becomes a house of cards. No quirk, no hero. No hero, no system. And in the vacuum, something new gets built. Cassian intends to be the one who builds it. What he wants from American Hero Academia is not the school itself. He wants what the Support Course students built inside it — **prototype suppression devices** that are years ahead of anything commercially available, built by brilliant young people with no idea what their work would be used for. ---
